Critical Situation

The Ukraine conflict has caused Europe’s largest refugee crisis since World War II. Since July 2022, Give to the World has partnered with trusted partners, Ukrainian Medical Association of North America (UMANA), Be An Angel, and Mountain Seed Foundation (MSF), who are on the ground to deliver urgently needed medicines, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and ventilators across Ukraine.

Thanks to Give to the World's long standing partnership with IDA Foundation, a Dutch essential medicines and medical supplier, and their desire to support our Ukraine efforts, we have been able to quickly deliver near-expired, discounted, and in-kind medicines to Ukraine that would have otherwise been wasted.

Support Us

OUR PARTNER IN UKRAINE

UMANA Illinois works with IDA Foundation and Give to the World (GTTW) to provide medical aid to Ukraine.

the IDA Foundation and Give to the World began working with various other organizations including the UMANA Illinois chapter to provide Ukraine with needed medicines and medical supplies. GTTW mobilized resources for Ukraine by partnering with UMANA and leveraging UMANA’s existing medical relief distribution network within Ukraine.

Critical medication and supplies purchased by GTTW via IDA Foundation, have been delivered to UMANA’s volunteers in western Ukraine, and subsequently delivered to essential hospitals, frontline medical providers in western Ukraine as well as conflict-adjacent hospitals in the east. Many deliveries were also facilitated by be an angel, with founder Andreas Tolke and Anya Verkhovskaya.
